When can I pick up my order?
Order Paid:
We estimate 45 minutes to 1 hour after placing your order. The preparation period may vary depending
on the number of people in our stores.
Where do I collect?
The survey can be done in one of our stores, Mozelos/Porto.
Is there any additional cost?
Yes, but only and only if your order is less than €50.00 with prepayment
ATM. An administrative fee of €1.25 is added.
I want to schedule pickup of my order for
a specific date. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select a specific
date
for pickup of your order. This feature is subject to an additional cost,
as shown in the "Scheduling Shipping/Store Pickup" table, which
you can see below.

Conditions Logic
- The values shown are per unit purchased.
- The application of silicone or other insulators is not considered.
- Technical equipment installations (installation of gas-powered items, equipment with loose/stripped cables, etc.) in the recipient's home are not considered.
- Any fixing of items to walls or similar items in the recipient's home is not considered.
- Installation of items may be performed on a date after delivery, to be agreed upon between the customer and the carrier, and the installation location must be vacant.
- Collection of old equipment will only be carried out if it is of the same type. The item must be properly cleaned and ready for collection (not plugged in, without water or ice).
- Large household appliances include: refrigerators, freezers, chests, refrigerators, wine cellars, dishwashers/washing machines, refrigerated display cases, etc.
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the type and dimensions of the items purchased are compatible with the access to the delivery/installation location. In the event of delivery difficulties due to location access preventing the item from being moved, Castro Eletrônica will decline any responsibility and will charge the customer with any costs associated with the relocation.

- All fragile service adds €2.99. The Fragile Service is a service that makes the handling of the equipment in our warehouse is carried out in a more delicate way and in a distinct zone. At the carrier, there is also this care and the article does not come into machines or mats, always being handled by an employee, which translates into a lower chance of damage. This service does not add any kind additional packaging/labeling to avoid damaging the product's original packaging.
- For shipments to the Islands, some products may have to be shipped by boat, as they are considered potentially dangerous, such as sprays, batteries, among others.
- It is only possible to deliver 1-pack orders at Vasp Kios Points, so orders with this delivery method and with more than 1 package will be automatically sent to the customer's address.
- In online purchases of household appliances/others, acceptance of used items depends on the available cargo space by the transport company and only for the personalized home delivery service (premium services).

- Deliveries at Kios points do not enjoy free shipping and only are available for delivery in mainland Portugal.
