Castro Electrónica is not responsible for the elaboration of these videos or photos. These records serve to prove your warranty process. How long do we keep your personal data?

Your data is kept for the period necessary to comply with the mentioned procedures. Castro Electrónica reserves the right to delete, destroy or anonymize your data after ten years (legal minimum time for keeping transaction data). We save the footage collected from the video surveillance system of our stores for a legal period of 30 days.

This way you are helping the next client with his buying experience. Data can be removed from the Opiniões Verificadas platform at any time using the respective contact channels;
• Shipping: Castro Electrónica contracts external partners to ship your orders. For this purpose, your data such as name, address, telephone, and email are necessary;
• SIBS: Castro Electrónica uses the Portuguese payments platform SIBS (Payments by entity and reference, MBway and Credit Cards), to manage order payments Online carried out by you, this entity complies with all mandatory security protocols.
• Hipay: Castro Eletrônica uses the international payment platform Hipay (Payments by entity and reference, MBway and Credit Cards), to manage order payments Online carried out by you, this entity complies with all mandatory security protocols.
• KLARNA: Castro Electrónica uses the international payment platform Klarna, this Payment method is valid for interest-free installments of 3 months.
• seQura: Castro Electrónica uses the seQura international payments platform, this Payment method is valid for installment payments with interest, in 6, 9 and 12 months. This one Financial service provided by SVEA with SeQura acting as IT service provider. When consumer credit rules apply, Lendismart Unipessoal Lda will act as a credit intermediary, linked and registered by Banco de Portugal with number no. 00062 12.
