Main responsibilities:

• Handle logistics related to the transport of customer orders;
• Confirm the shipping status of orders daily;
• Check incidents and contact carriers for a quick resolution;
• Manage carriers and ensure compliance with contractual terms;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and a fast response in the delivery of their orders;
• Regularly check packaging and suggest new methodologies and new raw materials.

Desired profile:

• Residence in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira or nearby (PREFERABLE);
• Experience in similar functions (MANDATORY);
• Knowledge in logistics and transport (MANDATORY);
• Knowledge of PHC;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel;
• Ability to withstand stress and multitasking;
• Sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.

• Develop statistical data on incoming/outgoing goods to support the department shopping;
• Control inventories and stock organization systems with warehouse managers;
• Ensure the release of older stock and control possible impairments;
• Other tasks related to the warehouse, inventories and purchase of goods.
