The xTool Apparel Printer is an advanced textile printer designed for professional use in the textile and advertising industries. It enables permanent, full-color printing on virtually all types of fabric — from cotton and polyester to denim, canvas, spandex, nylon, and even leather. Unlike sublimation or screen printing, this technology also allows printing on dark materials while ensuring vivid colors and sharp details. The all-in-one kit also includes all necessary equipment for the complete printing and curing process: the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine, responsible for automatically applying and curing the adhesive powder, and the SafetyPro AP2 Air Purifier, which removes dust and odors generated during thermal or laser equipment operation.

Industrial-grade performance
The printer reaches impressive production speeds: in just one hour, it can produce 440 prints of 3" × 3" with 4 passes, or 26 large 12" × 8" designs with 6 passes. This makes the machine suitable for both small custom orders and mass clothing production. The 356 mm (14") work area width also allows printing large-format designs that cover the entire front of a T-shirt.

Latest printing technology
The equipment uses a dual Epson I1600 print head (3rd generation, 2023), one dedicated to color and the other to white ink. The 720 × 1800 DPI resolution and the ultra-fine 3.8 pL (picoliters) ink droplets ensure maximum sharpness and uniform coverage. Thanks to the dual-head system, the heads become more resistant to clogging and offer up to twice the durability compared to older solutions.

Professional quality
The device is calibrated according to the G7 Certified standard, ensuring perfect reproduction of color and tone. The colors displayed on the computer screen are faithfully transferred to the fabric, and the prints remain sharp even after many washes. The printer delivers HD (high-definition) prints with full consistency between on-screen and printed colors.

Smart support
A built-in 16 MP AI camera automatically calibrates the heads, performs print tests, and detects nozzle clogs. In addition, the software uses artificial intelligence to improve image quality — it enhances the resolution of blurred graphics, generates designs from text, and optimizes layout placement, saving ink and material.

Reliable printing process
The xTool Apparel Printer automatically uses an exclusive “Print-to-Bake” process. This involves four steps: printing, adhesive powder application, uniform distribution, and curing. As a result, the prints become flexible, abrasion-resistant, and maintain vivid colors for much longer — a significant advantage over sublimation or screen printing.

Intuitive software
The xTool Creative Space software replaces external RIP (Raster Image Processor) tools. It allows editing designs, preparing mockups, performing nesting, and controlling printing parameters in one environment. The intuitive interface makes operation simple for both beginners and experienced users.

Automatic maintenance and monitoring
The SmartCycle™ system works continuously, ensuring head cleaning, white-ink circulation, and proper hydration. This keeps the xTool Apparel Printer ready at all times, and the machine’s status can be monitored in real time via the mobile app.

The all-in-one kit includes two specialized devices that support the entire textile production process. The OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine automates the adhesive powder application and curing stages with dual-side operation, a compact design, and a powder recycling system for maximum efficiency and reduced waste.
